2 Days Morocco Tour From Tangier Itinerary:
Day 1: Tangier to Chefchaouen
We’ll pick you up from your accommodation in Tangier for a 2-day tour to Chefchaouen. Our driver will be ready to leave at 8 a.m. We’ll drive along the coast, and you’ll see Gibraltar. We’ll pass by Ceuta, which is a Spanish city inside Morocco. We’ll stop in Martil, where many people go to relax on the beach. After that, we’ll go to Tetouan, which has an old town with many historic places. We’ll stop for a photo at a roundabout with a dove on it.
We’ll visit the Akchour waterfalls, which have short and long hikes. You can swim in the waterfalls if you visit during summer. If you like Akchour, we can customize a longer tour for you. We’ll spend the night in Chefchaouen, and you’ll have time to rest and prepare for the next day.
Day 2: Chefchaouen to Tangier
On the second day of our 2-day tour from Tangier, we will visit Chefchaouen, which is also known as the “blue pearl” of Morocco because it has many blue-colored buildings and walls. It’s a popular place for tourists to visit because it looks really pretty and unique. Chefchaouen was founded a long time ago by people who were looking for a safe place to live in the Rif mountains.
Nobody knows why the town is painted blue, but it makes the town look amazing. During your visit, you can do lots of things like go for a hike, visit museums and gardens, and try delicious food at restaurants and cafes. At the end of the day, we’ll go back to Tangier, and we hope you had a great time!
